30-Day Free Refunds
We gladly offer free refunds on items returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- A photo of the item clearly showing its condition
- The reason for the return
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
- Upon receiving the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Refunds are not available for items returned beyond the 30-day window.
- Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable.
